Trouble-Shooting

I cannot open the files on the CD, or I get an error message when I try to open the folder with the activities.
We have discovered a strange glitch with some of our Take and Teach Language Kits. For unknown reasons, certain PCs will not open CDs or folders that have a punctuation mark in the name. If you have one of the following CDs, and are having trouble opening the files, please contact us so we can send you a replacement:

Do I need special software to use the Classroom Suite computer activity?
The IntelliTools Classroom Suite Player is software used to view activities created in Classroom Suite. The Player does not allow you to modify the activity in any way.
The Player is provided to you under strict licensing agreements between IntelliTools (www.intellitools.com) and ITAN authors. Failure to comply with these licensing agreements is illegal. You may install the Player software on one computer only. If you have purchased multiple Take and Teach Language Kits, you may install the Player on other computers, limiting these to one installation for each Take and Teach title owned. IntelliTools Classroom Suite Player may not be used by anyone other than the original purchaser.

I do not hear any sound when I use the Classroom Suite activity.
Download the most current version of QuickTime Player from the Apple website www.apple.com. Follow the links to QuickTime, then to Downloads. Make sure you are downloading the Player upgrade in the correct platform.
